Once a home has been flooded by category 3 water. The safest thing to do is remove the wet material. Flood water can carry bacteria which is why SERVPRO recommends removing the material at least 12 inches from where the water line is located. Tile had been removed and a fan placed in the bathroom area to start the drying process.
