Water damage from leaking pipe
In this particular water damage, water had came from the bathroom and into the bedroom. Because it was laminate flooring the flooring had to be removed to dry it out properly. Water will cause the laminate to start to separate and buckle. If water is left under the flooring you’ll eventually get a musty smell and mold will eventually start forming.
We also offer “buildback” which is also considered construction, if we have to remove flooring, walls, baseboards, etc...etc... We can put that back after the mitigation is complete.
