Water Heater Leak in Maineville, Ohio

Customer suffered severe water heater damage to her closet and had water on her carpet and drywall as well as clothing when arrived home. We responded, and were able to dry-out the closet and restore her carpet and have affected clothing sent out for drying cleaning. Her overall experience according to her certificate of satisfaction was overall perfect. The second picture is the completed job on the mitigation end. We were able to save the carpet, our build back team will install padding and base boards.
